Almuñecar is a popular Spanish tourist destination on the still unspoilt southern coastline of Spain, the Costa Tropical.
What will strike you most during your stay is the town's pulsating life, its climate, the verdure that surrounds it, its people and its fiestas and festivals. This is a Spanish city that's really generous in the discoveries, impressions and experiences it offers.
The town has some 30.000 permanent inhabitants, and is fast becoming one of the most sought after locations on the whole of the Southern coast.
Our villas are situated in the exclusive urbanisation of Los Pinos in Almuñecar - "the pearl of the Costa Tropical". With views as above it is easy to see why Almuñecar is such a fast growing town, the views from our villas are breathtaking.

Almuñecar sits in a superb location of the south coast of the Spainish mainland. Granada and Malaga airports are less than 1 hour's drive away, with Almeria airport only a few minutes further.
Due to be opened in 2007, Almuñecar will soon to be connected to the main coastline motorway, brining further time savings.

For the keen golfer an 18 hole golf course is less than 10km away.
Superb winter skiing in the award winning ski resort of Sierra Nevada is only 1 hour away. It is one of the few places in the world where you can sunbathe in the morning and ski in the afternoon.
Within a few minutes drive, sailing and scuba diving is available in the prestigious Marina del Este.
Los P¡nos itself is a large urbanisation overlooking Almuñecar. Consisting mainly of large private villas, it is a desirable and exclusive area with a wonderful climate.
The effects of this marvellous climate are immediately apparent: here, the first flowers appear on the almond trees before Christmas. The sun shines, warming and illuminating, longer here than anywhere else in Europe. With more than 320 sunny days per year, winters are short and summers long, while autumn and spring are delightful.
